Sutradara : Halida Boughriet
Les Illuminés (2004), 2004 year during which the wearing of the veil and the burqa in public places was debated in France. It is in the Parisian metro, a collective and socially mixed space, that Halida Boughriet records her performance. She directs the axis of the subjective camera towards the gaze of those she meets. This leads the viewer to face these stunned glances too. [Auto-translated]
